All the photos on the web site are of our villa and of Cumbrian Lakes, they were taken by Malcolm Burgess over the last few years even the wildlife.
If when you stay at our villa you are not happy with our description or the villa we will refund your rental payment in full

The deposit you pay is non refundable as with your balance Deposit must be received within 48hours after initial booking we will hold the booking for that period Balance must be received 6 weeks before your stay If you do have to cancel your stay due to unfortunate circumstances we will do all we can to re-accommodate you
